Consulting
During the analysis phase of the project, Lighthouse analysts work closely with the client to determine project expectations, the business process particular to the project, and the overall purpose of the system. The resulting documentation provides a clear vision for the System Development Life Cycle. Analysis is a vital piece for the success of our clients.
Design
During this phase, our analysts work with the client and our technical staff to layout the infrastructure for the system. Lighthouse will design the basic flow of your system and layout how the data for your system will be stored. In addition, our interface design architects will work with you to obtain the information necessary to create the user interface for your project. Lighthouse will work with you on your overall user interface, navigation, logos, colors, fonts, etc. to ensure this project integrates well with your current business environment.
Development
During this phase, our technical staff works together to produce the system that you and our analysts have specified. Here the design artwork is turned into a functional user interface and the necessary coding takes place to integrate your data. This is also where the necessary integration of your current system data and content is performed. In addition, the system undergoes thorough unit and integration testing by our support staff.
Go Live
Upon completion of our internal testing, the project is moved to a test site for our clients. At this time, the client engages in client acceptance testing. Our staff works with you to ensure you understand your new system and is ready to answer any questions about the process or implementation. Once the testing is completed and the client is satisfied with the system, the solution is moved to a live site.
