Guidelines

How long will it take to complete my project?

Each project is a customized solution for our client's business and the length of the process is determined by the complexity of the business problem we are solving. On average, our projects take approximately 150 days from analysis to client acceptance. Once analysis is completed, a more accurate time frame can be established.

Who is my contact person?

Your contact person, once your project begins, is your account manager, much like in the sales and marketing process. While you will speak to a number of team members during the development of your solution, your one point of contact for any questions, concerns or other communication will be your account manager.

What is the best way to submit project information?

Ideally, all information you submit will be in an electronic format, however, if you have CDs or hardcopy items that cannot be easily sent by email or FTP, you may send those to our offices through traditional mail.

What items will ensure a successful project process?

Lighthouse enters a charter to partner with its clients for the duration of the process. The success of your project is as simple as ABC:

Ask Questions
If you don't understand something we say, do not be afraid to ask for clarification. While you trust us to know our business, we trust you to be able to communicate with us and help us understand your business process.
Be Ready to Work With Us
Our charter will include dates and deliverables. In order to keep your project on track and in budget, timely responses are needed from all parties.

Assign a person on your staff that can be available as a resource for the duration of your project. This ensures that any questions we have about your business process may be addressed in a timely fashion.
