Lighthouse Information Systems, Inc. is dedicated to the success of client projects. Lighthouse works hand-in-hand with clients to develop manageable, cost-effective, and scalable business solutions using in depth knowledge to analyze current technologies. When technologies become mature, or solid, enough to be used they are rolled into a project development toolbox.
Project Development
Lighthouse Information Systems, Inc. uses a Joint Application Development ( JAD ) model in order to provide the best solution possible. To keep the process moving, we partner with our clients mapping out the project milestones and dates. This process allows Lighthouse and our clients to monitor project development as well as identify new directions or needs as they might arise.
Working hand in hand with our clients ensures that their solution works within their business model and allows for their growth.
Each project follows a System Development Life Cycle ( SDLC ) to help our clients know where in the process their project is. Each project is divided into four major categories: Business Objectives and Project Analysis, Database and Interface Design, Project Development and User Testing, Implementation and Go Live.
