Westminster, MD, February 21, 2007 – Lighthouse Information Systems, Inc. participates with the Carroll Technology Council ( CTC ) in order to serve a growing technology community. Members of the CTC website committee have launched a re-aligned version of the council website. The CTC website offers a wide array of information for the community as well as its members.
