Westminster, MD, December 11, 2007 – The Carroll Technology Council awarded members with achievement awards during the Second Annual Technically Speaking Dinner on December 8th.

The first ever "Tech Company of the Year" award went to Lighthouse Information Systems for designer Fran Schinzel's work on the Tech Council website and print materials, and for VP Ken Harris's involvement with the Technology Advisory Council.
